A common outcomes approach can unlock efficiency, improve services, and maximise impact. The Common Outcomes for Children and Young People Collaborative urges the UK Spending Review 2025 to:

  • Undertake a cross-departmental review of outcomes frameworks, performance management and data dashboards to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline policy           

  • Learn from global best practices to shape future policy and the UK’s ability to implement common approaches to outcomes most effectively

By investing now, we can streamline services, drive meaningful change, and deliver lasting benefits for babies, children and young people.
